There are 4 suites and another bedroom and bathroom on the lower floor. Internal living room connected to the external dining room, which in turn has an ideal kitchen support to fully enjoy the house, its garden and swimming pool. Equipped house, with internal gardens that light up the environment.

• Team of 3 employees, 8h/day: 01 cook, 01 maid and 01 general assistant

• 05% - Service charge (Staff)

• 01% - Concierge service fee: Menu selection, 1st purchase, car rental, reservations for transfers, restaurants, activities/tours (horseback riding on the beach, quad, boat...), hiring employees and outsourced professionals (driver, bartender, nanny, therapist, personal trainers ..), support with the house team, etc.

• CANCELLATION:

  Up to 90 days before the date of entry: 50% refund of the amount paid.

  Less than 90 days before entry: non-refundable.
